BacMap is an interactive visual database containing 2023 fully labeled, zoomable, and searchable maps of bacterial genomes.
Maps can be explored manally and gene and labels are hyperlinked to detailed textual annotations. Also, a written synopsis of each bacterial species is provided.
Flat file versions of the BacMap gene annotations, gene sequences and protein sequences can be downloaded.
